Real Housewives of Atlanta star Brielle Biermann was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on February 25, 1997. She is the daughter of Kim Zolciak.
Brielle’s scandalous photos and “belfies” (butt selfies) have garnered her attention on social media over the years.
Brielle’s most well-known role was that of co-star on The Real Housewives of Atlanta with Kim Zolciak, her mother.
The 27-year-old star of Do not Be Tardy is engaged to Billy Seidl, a minor league pitcher for the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers of the Chicago White Sox who was drafted in 2022.
What happened to Brielle Biermann?
Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann were ordered by a judge to give back their Land Rover.
In light of their family’s growing financial difficulties, a Georgian judge decided on Wednesday that Kim Zolciak and her daughter Brielle Biermann must turn in the keys to their 2019 Land Rover.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and her influential daughter are required to “turn over” the car to the Sheriff Marshal or other law enforcement agency, or provide them with the precise location of the vehicle so they can reclaim it, as per a turnover order we were able to obtain.
It is not clear if this conversation has already happened. Reps for Biermann and Zolciak declined to comment.
The most recent court decision was rendered three months after the reality stars were sued by Ally Bank, the Land Rover’s lender, for unpaid auto payments in December 2023.
In a complaint, the plaintiff stated that as of May 31, 2023, Zolciak, 45, and Biermann, 27, owed the bank $83,969.35.
Their legal representatives argued in the court documents that “Ally is entitled to a security interest foreclosure on the vehicle in addition to a writ of possession.”
The bank has previously filed a lawsuit against the Real Housewives of Atlanta family.
Following a lawsuit from BMW, Kroy Biermann was ordered to give up his $400,000 Rolls-Royce in November. According to the company, September 2022 marked the receipt of Kroy’s last payment.
Court documents state that since Kroy declined to respond to the filing, BMW was allowed to retrieve the vehicle.
According to a court document, Brielle was also mentioned in a 2023 lawsuit from American Express for missing more than $12,000 in credit card payments. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.
